Dragon's Door
At the gate

Try a day.

Pick a name and a path and step into the real realm: its townsfolk, its news, its weather are all live. Nobody else sees you yet, and the day ends after 30 moves. Type what you'd do, or press the letters.

Not yet through the gate

The door's ajar. The clerk at the gate looks up from the register. "Name?"

Your path

The real thing runs in Claude Code.

In the realm proper, your character keeps: the townsfolk remember what you said to them, you wake to news of what everyone else did overnight, and there's mail, a tavern board, an auction house, rivals and a dragon at the end of it.

On this page, what you type and what the game sends back go to the game's narrator, an AI model from Anthropic, to tell the story. Your trial character is kept on the game's server for a week, then deleted, unless you claim it in Claude Code, when it becomes your real one. The conversation is kept for 30 days so the realm's keeper can read how trials go and improve them, then deleted. It never shows up in the rankings, the news or anywhere other players can see. To keep trials free, the site counts how many each internet address starts in a day, using a scrambled code that can't be turned back into the address. More in the privacy notes.
